These Terms govern your use of Buddhii (https://buddhii.com), owned and operated by GNM Enterprise, P K Biswas Road, Khardah, North 24pgs PIN 700117, West Bengal. By creating an account or using the website you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Buddhii provides online olympiad-style practice questions, mock tests and English learning activities for students of Classes 3 to 8 in Reasoning, Maths and English.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Accounts for students under 18 must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the student's behalf. One account per email address. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account. Account sharing is not allowed.

3. Free and paid access

Some content is free. Paid content is sold as subject bundles for the student's registered class, at the prices shown on the website at the time of purchase (in Rs. for India, in USD for international users). Access is for the class and subjects purchased only.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment partners. Prices may change in future, but a change does not affect a purchase already completed.

5. Refunds and cancellation

6. Intellectual property

All questions, explanations, designs, graphics, the Buddhii name and logo belong to GNM Enterprise. You may use the content only for personal, non-commercial learning. Copying, scraping, reselling or redistributing content is prohibited.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or use automated tools to extract content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms.

8. No affiliation

Buddhii is an independent practice platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any olympiad organising body or examination authority. Practice scores are not official results.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any particular exam result. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction.
